1. Business Nature & Eligibility
This application is intended strictly for Business-to-Business (B2B) use, including wholesalers, resellers, retailers, and bulk buyers.
By using this app, you confirm that:
- You are using the platform for business purposes only
- The information provided by you is accurate and complete
- You are authorized to place orders on behalf of your business
Navrang Handicraft reserves the right to approve or reject any user registration at its discretion.
2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Any activity performed through your account will be considered authorized by you
- In case of unauthorized access, you must inform us immediately
- We are not liable for losses due to compromised account access caused by user negligence
3. Product Representation
We aim to display accurate product details, including images, colors, sizes, and designs.
However:
- Slight variations may occur due to handcrafted work
- Colors may vary due to lighting or screen differences
- Packaging or minor design updates may change without prior notice
4. Order Placement & Confirmation Process
The app serves as an order placement and inquiry platform, not a direct purchase system.
Order Flow:
- User selects products and places an order through the app
- Order is received by Navrang Handicraft team
- Our team contacts the customer via provided contact details
- Final details such as pricing, quantity, and dispatch timelines are confirmed
- Order is processed after mutual confirmation
Important: An order placed in the app is considered a request, not a final confirmed order.
5. Pricing & Quotation
- Prices are not finalized at the time of app order placement
- Final pricing will be shared by our team based on quantity, customization, and order requirements
- Bulk pricing and special rates may vary per order
6. Payment Terms
- No payments are collected within the application
- All payments are handled manually after order confirmation
- Payment methods and instructions will be shared directly by our team
- Order processing begins only after payment confirmation (unless agreed otherwise)
7. Order Status & Communication
Users can track order progress within the app:
- Pending
- Confirmed
- In Process
- Dispatched / In Transit
- Delivered
Additionally, our team will stay in touch via phone, email, or messaging for updates.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before final confirmation
- Once production or dispatch has started, cancellation may not be possible
- Cancellation requests are subject to approval by Navrang Handicraft
9. Bulk Orders & MOQ
- Orders are generally processed for bulk quantities
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may apply depending on product type
- MOQ details will be communicated during order confirmation
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this app, including:
- Product designs
- Images
- Branding elements
- Catalog content
are the exclusive property of Navrang Handicraft and cannot be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
11. Prohibited Use
Users agree not to:
- Misuse the platform for fraudulent activities
- Copy product designs or business model
- Interfere with app functionality
- Provide false or misleading information
Violation may result in account suspension or permanent restriction.
12. Limitation of Liability
Navrang Handicraft shall not be held liable for:
- Business losses or indirect damages
- Delays caused due to logistics or external factors
- Minor product variations inherent in handcrafted items
13. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Rajkot.
14. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of updated terms.
